Why this lever
Ardis names eight reasons a body breaks. This is the mirror, eight levers a body heals by, and water is lever three. The system shows you one view of water, eight glasses a day, a quota to hit. That is one dish, served as if it were the whole restaurant. There is an older view, that water is the medium life runs on, and it got pushed off the menu. This block puts it back and lets you choose which is true for your body.
Viktor Schauberger spent his life on what he called living water, water in motion, structured, mineral-rich, the way it moves in a wild stream, not the way it sits in a pipe. He was dismissed in his time. I do not offer his claims as proven. I offer them as an experiment worth running, because when a free lever like the quality of your water is waved off entirely, the silence is a signal. Try the mineral, watch your own body, decide.
That is the whole posture of every block. When you need a doctor, you need one, and here is a lens the system treats as beneath notice. Restore the option. Never replace the one keeping someone alive.

What water are you actually drinking?
Tap, filtered, bottled, stripped of minerals or full of them? How much and when? You cannot change a lever you have not located. Notice your real water day before you adjust it.

What is your specific terrain?
A kidney condition, blood-pressure medication, or a sodium restriction changes how you approach minerals in water, not whether water is a lever. Anything that touches electrolyte balance should be run with your own conditions and clinician in mind. The lever is universal. Your version is not.

Which view do you want to test first?
You do not have to believe the living-water view to run the mineral view. Pick the one you cannot fail at.
The one action tonight

Today, add a pinch of real mineral salt to one glass of water and drink it slowly. That is it.
Not overhaul your water. Not buy a machine. One mineral glass, once, today. Shrink it until you cannot fail. Then notice one thing. You treated water as a lever, not a quota. That feeling, not the glass, is the engine.
