Health planning
Health planning is the plan you draft for yourself to stay well, as opposed to the insurance plan that was sold to you to pay for the breakdown. Everyone has the second. Almost nobody has the first.
You have a plan for everything except your health. A plan for your business, the gym, your finances, your kids' school. Ask most people for their health plan and they hand you an insurance card. That is not a health plan. It is an assurance plan somebody sold you, that if something breaks, someone will be paid to address it. That is not the same as a plan for staying well.
This is the best time in history to be healthy. We have traditional wisdom, root-cause science, and modern medicine, all at once. The problem is the ratio is backwards, tilted toward what is profitable or politically comfortable and away from what works. Flipping it for yourself does not take permission. It takes navigation. That navigation is the plan.
Where a health plan starts
A plan can start as simply as a set of principles. The 8 Habits of Highly Healing People are the framework: Intention, Breathe, Water, Sunlight, Food, Sleep, Return to Nature, and Flow. First you define the goal, then you reverse engineer it. Most plans skip the first move, which is usually subtraction, removing what keeps the body sick, not adding more pills or procedures.
Health planning is the tactical layer under a larger movement, health consciousness. The plan is what you do. The consciousness is why it matters. And it begins where the body first meets the world and the system treats last: health starts from the mouth.
